Overview

We are seeking a dependable,
detail-oriented Data Clerk/Sales Support team member to assist our
sales team with daily administrative and order-processing tasks. This position
will help ensure customer orders and sales documents are accurate, organized,
and completed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain customer and order information accurately. • Assist the sales team with writing and processing customer orders. • Prepare and type quotes for customers. • Enter and update information in QuickBooks. • Review orders and quotes for accuracy and completeness. • Maintain organized records and documentation. • Communicate with the sales team regarding order details, pricing, and customer information. • Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed. • Handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Previous data entry, clerical, administrative, or sales support experience preferred. • QuickBooks experience required or strongly preferred. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Good computer and typing skills. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Professional, dependable, and positive attitude.
