Marketing Specialist

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time.

Responsibilities

-Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more -Design marketing materials such as digital graphics, flyers, mailers, and promotional campaigns -Manage and update online stores through InkSoft for schools, businesses, and community organizations -Write compelling copy for promotions, campaigns, and digital marketing efforts -Assist with direct mail campaigns and digital advertising initiatives -Keep company websites updated with fresh, relevant content -Collaborate with sales and creative teams on branding and promotional projects -Support additional marketing initiatives as the company continues to grow

Requirements

-1+ years of marketing, social media, or related experience preferred. -1+ years of experience building and maintaining Shopify e-commerce stores. -Led end-to-end development of enterprise e-commerce solutions, driving digital sales growth and customer acquisition. -Experience with InkSoft or similar online store platforms is a plus -Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign -Strong understanding of social media content creation and brand engagement -Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills -Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment -Creative thinker with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset -Self-motivated and eager to grow professionally

Front Desk Staff/Sales Assistant

Overview

Century Graphics & Sign is a leading provider of custom signs, custom apparel, promotional items, and oilfield lease signs. We are currently seeking Outside Sales Assistant oriented individuals to join our team in Midland, Texas.

The Outside Sales Assistant increases revenue by responding to/initiating incoming/outgoing potential customer inquiries, and using company resources, policies, and procedures to provide complete, accurate data.

Responsibilities

-Establishes customer contact by initiating follow-up outbound calls and receiving inbound return calls. -Promotes products and facilitates customer needs to utilize company products by adequately assessing customer needs, thoroughly explaining products offered. -Resolves customer concerns by providing appropriate information regarding products and services. -Records customer information and maintains database by obtaining, entering, and verifying required data. -Ensures quality service by following departmental and company policies, procedures, and standards. -Facilitates sales process by communicating/sharing information with appropriate internal and external contacts. -Completes and ensures accurate customer orders taken over the phone and via email. -Provides customer follow-up as required. -Contributes to departmental objectives by accomplishing required contact and sales results, and ability to track and report progress of sales results.

Requirements

-Sales experience preferred. -Graphics & Signs background beneficial, but not required. -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude. -Must have excellent telephone customer service skills. -Must be computer literate. -Must have mastery of the English language, both oral and written
