Lockout Tags

Use lockout tags to disable equipment prior to maintenance, cleaning, or inspections. Lockout tags allow you to identify everyone working on the line. Our lockout tags are available in .010, .040, and .080 gauge heavy duty polystyrene as well as aluminum. We offer an optional dry-erase coating for re-use. Each tag has a strong brass grommet which accepts post lock shanks.
