Handicap Reserved Parking - Minimum Fine of $250 For Use By Others Sign (Nevada)
Handicap parking signs in Nevada must meet the following requirements:
- Color: Green on white
- Text: The sign should include the words "handicapped parking" or "reserved for the handicapped"
- Fine: The sign should include the words "minimum fine $250 for use by others" or similar language
- Symbol: The sign should include the International Symbol of Access in blue and white
- Size: The sign should be at least 18" H x 12" W
- Height: The bottom of the sign should be at least four feet above the ground
- Van accessibility: If the space is van accessible, the sign should also include the words "van accessible"
